Anna Maria Chavez is the Chief Executive Officer of the Girl Scouts of the USA stated â€Å"Cyber Bullies can hide behind a mask of Anonymity online, and do not need direct physical access to their victims to do unimaginable harm† (Chavez). With this mention Cyber bullying has taken a toll in children and teenagers across the nation. Many doctors, advocates, teachers, parents and many more are helping children and teenagers fight against cyber bullying. Cyber bullying can start off as a game, but can become dangerous and lead to disorders, syndromes and can even lead to death. People need to educate themselves and inform children and teens the dangers of cyber bullying and report it immediately if they come across it or see someone being bullied Dr. Jing Wang from the National Institutes of Health in Maryland emphasizes, â€Å"Cyber bullying, or electronic bullying, is emerging as a new form of bullying. Cyber bullying can be defined as a form of aggression that occurs through personal computers or cell phones† (Wang 2). Cyber bullying is usually done through text messages, emails, phone calls, instant messaging and social networks (Wang). Children and teens that are victims of cyberbullying can be bullied anywhere and at any time.
